If you want to make meatloaf, it is very tiring to chop the meat with a double kitchen knife, especially if the amount of meat is relatively large, it is a typical effort. Fortunately, we have an artifact-a meat grinder, which is very practical.
1. First of all, we must choose a good meat grinder. I have used a multi-functional base before, and then there are different cups for grinding meat, squeezing juice, etc. The cups are plastic. It feels bad after using it for a while. First of all, if the plastic cup is chopped, it will not be washed clean, especially in winter, it will feel greasy. In addition, many cups are actually idle, so the cups used to hold minced meat are more used. Later, the editor directly replaced it with a single-function meat grinder. The cup is made of glass and is easy to clean. If you don't often squeeze juice at home, it is recommended to directly choose the single point function, which is practical and easy to clean.
2. Clean the body of the cup before use. The upper body is driven by an electric device that cannot be washed with water, but the cup, blade and transparent lid of the meat grinder can be washed with water. Please clean before use.
3. Install the meat grinder blade into the meat grinder cup, and be careful not to cut your hands when putting it away.
4. Wash the minced meat and cut it into pieces, not too small or too big, and then put it into the meat grinder cup.
5. Close the lid. The main function of this lid is to seal and prevent the meat from splashing out during the shredding process. Then put the power head on the cover. Turn on the power, press the button on the head of the machine, and the meat grinder will start to work. This meat grinder must keep pressing the button when it is in use. As long as it is not pressed, it will stop working. When you see that the meat is chopped unevenly, you can stop and shake to make the meat evenly distributed, and then continue to chop. After the meat is chopped, you can unplug the plug, then open the lid and pour the meat into the container.
6. Be sure to clean it after use, especially the pork is oily and easily sticks to the cup. After washing, let it dry and put it away to avoid moss. The advantage of the vitreous body is that it is easy to clean and not easy to grow mold.
